Returns Informaition for customers We are committed to providing high-quality new and refurbished IT equipment that is delivered to you in excellent condition. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item.

Service description

To apply for a refund/return, please follow the steps below:

After-sale method

Send an email to obtain a “ Returns and Refunds Authorization ” to get started

After approval return items with an RMA form.

CENTURY TECH SYSTEM with inspect the items once received.

Refunds will be processed according to request.

To apply for a refund or exchange, a return request should be submitted within 30 days after the delivery date. Products that meet the repair conditions can only enjoy repair services if a repair request is made within the warranty period.

In case of force majeure, CENTURY TECH SYSTEM does not guarantee a full refund, but we will do our best to compensate for your loss.

For products classified as "electrostatic sensitive," appropriate preventive measures must be taken. ESD or moisture-sensitive products should not be opened unless under controlled conditions.
